my story. reporting that a former congressman jesse jackson jr. conspired with his wife sandy to legally spend $750,000 in campaign funds. other expenses include a $43,000 watched home renovations, fur coats, several other big purchases. prosecutors will recommend a prison sentence between 46-57 months for jackson. a fine of up to $100,000. a plea agreement could come sometime today. a source close to the case also tells that sandy jackson is expected to plead guilty to tax offense. both of them recently resigned from office. a court in south africa has postponed a bail hearing for olympian oscar pistorius. he faces murder charges in the shooting death of his girlfriend, model reeva steenkamp, at his home early yesterday morning. pistorius broke down in tears in court today. police say they are now discounting reports that she may have been mistaken for an intruder. the prosecution said it will bring a charge of premeditated murder. pistorius' agent says his client denies murdering steenkamp. pistorius is due back in court on tuesday. he made history last year as the first d
